TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2024 By, Wanjiru Kamau, of P.O. Box 5700300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Paula N. Njuguna, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Molley Njeri Njuguna, late of Ruiru, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2024 By (1) Herina Okuom Odero Ochieng and (2) Joel Luomba Owuor, both of P.O. Box 698, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, though Messrs. Elvis Majani, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Prisca Odero, late of Wasweta, who died at STJMH, on 27th August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
