TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2024 By Joyce Ruguru Waweru, of P.O. Box 87171-81000, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Gachuhi Maina, who died at Changamwe, on 23rd July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2024 By (1) Mohamed Shabber Yusufali Somji, (2) Murtaza Yusufali Somji and (3) Zainab Yusufali Somji, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yusuf Ali Mohamed Somji alias Yusuf Mohamed Kassam, who died at Aga Khan Hospital, on 3rd August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2024 By Abdallah Hassan Mwachui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Gambigwa Mwachui, who died at Mombasa, on 29th January, 1998. CAUSE No. E181 OF 2024 By Moureen Joy Auka, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Otieno Osiro, who died at Bama Hospital, on 20th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
