TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E797 OF 2024 By (1) Aineah Omuka Estone and (2) Joseph Omungala Inzoberi and (3) Elizabeth Ondiso Onziya, all of P.O. Box 461, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esyton Inzoberi Musita alias Aston Ayubu alias Estone Inzoberi Musita alias Inzoberi Musita, who died at Mushiangubu Sub-location, on 19th October, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
