TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 112 OF 2024 By Racheal Nyawira Maina, of P.O. Box 192-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Maina Mbugu, who died at Murang’a Town, on 22nd April, 2020. CAUSE NO 252 OF 2024 By (1) Martha Wambui Mwangi, (2) Mary Wangui Mwangi and (3) Joseph Mwaniki Mwangi, ali of P.O. Box 387-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mwangi Kaharo, who died at Charity Hospital in Kenya, on 18th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
