TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E388 OF 2024 By (1) Barack Oduor Otieno and (2) Moses Oluoch Otieno, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Okolla Otieno alias Philip Okola Otieno, who died on 7th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E397 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Akello Omondi and (2) Agnes Atieno Oliech, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Oliech Ndere, who died at Lihanda Sub-location, on 21st March, 2021. CAUSE NO E418 OF 2024 By Paul Huma Oballa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Romanus Obala Agunda alias Ramanus Obala, who died at Wagai West Sub-location, on Ist August, 1986.
