TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E278 OF 2023 By Paul Kipserem Kirongo, of P.O. Box 4845-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirongo arap Kogo, who died at District Hospital, kapsabet in Kenya, on 19th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By Magdalena Chepkemboi Sirma, of P.O. Box 7508-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamen Kiptabot Sirma alias Benjamin Kiptabot Sirma, late of Kapkeruge, who died at White Cresent Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
