E219 OF 2024 By Yunes Kemuma Nyakano, of P.O, Box 1469-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyareso Ondieki, who died at Kiogoro, on 31st January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2024 By Thomas Anunda Oyugi, of P.O. Box 85840200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyugi Keroro, who died at Boroko, on 15th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2024 By Joseph Obare Monda, of P.O. Box 1804, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monda Nyaisoti alias Samwel Monda Nyaribo, who died on 16th March, 2023.
