TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Moses Nyandege, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mecha Nyatigo, who died on 15th November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2024 By (1) Caleph Okirigiti Nyamboga and (2) Benedict Oigo Okirigiti, both of P.O. Box 261-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Okirigiti Nyamboga, who died at Itibo Location, on 22nd February, 1999, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
