CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2024 By Elijah Kaingu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Mwanyale, who died at Nyari, Kilifi, on 8th December, 1974. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2024 By Kahindi Charo Katana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Katana Karabu, who died at Roka, on 26th April, 2019. CAUSE NO E100 OF 2024 By Harun Karisa Kalu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kalu, who died on Ist October, 1996. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2024 By (1) Zainabu Mwaringa Shebani and (2) Nelson Ngowa Mwaringa, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaringa Ngowa Gohu, who died at Kiriba, Wangwani, on 25th February, 2024.
