E93 OF 2023 By Reuben Muhambi Nzaro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Nzaro alias David Nzaro Baya, who died on 10th April, 1981. CAUSE NO. £25 OF 2024 By (1) Kahindi Gharo Masha, (2) Dama Kirao Mutsingila and (3) Karichwa Charo Masha, the deceased’s son, daughter and daughter-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Masha, who died on 2nd August, 1981. CAUSE NO, E97 GF 2024 By (1) Kahunda Mwangeni Sanga and (2) Nzingo Kambi Mwiri, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Mulewa Kalume, who died on 30th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
