CAUSE No. E108 OF 2024 By Simion Kibet Kogo, the deceased’s purchaser, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Mpate Mbega, who died on 10th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2024 By Emmanuel! Karisa Paul, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Randu Yeri alias Paul Katana Yezi, who died on 30th September, 1996. CAUSE No. E174 OF 2024 By Mirza Ali Abdulrehman Mirza, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aziz bin Mohamed bin Abubakar Almoody alias Aziz Mohamed, who died on 19th October, 1969.
