TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2023 By Peter Kieruko Kimari, of P.O. Box 251, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Wanjiru Kimari, who died at Makomboki Sub-location, on 6th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By (1) Martin Kuria Mwangi and (2) John Murira Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 190, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Murira, who died on 14th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
