Box 1575-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Guantai Kuaria, who died at Cottolengo Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2024 By Kinyua Elijah, of P.O. Box 54, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Njeru M’Atetu, who died at Kiegene, on 24th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2024 By Jane Kinanu Ngondoki, of P.O. Box 2846-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ikiara Fredrick Lmutua alias Fredrick Lmutua Tkiara, who died at Gitauga, on 26th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
