CAUSE No. E114 oF 2024 By (1) Anna Nyawira Nderitu and (2) Martha Wangeci Macharia, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nderito Wambugu, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 21st May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Wanjiku Kaguta and (2) Benard Lemaiyan Kasio, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Ghasio Kaguta, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2024.
