TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2024 By (1) Edna Jepchirchir Kigen and (2) Anthony Kangogo Kigen, both of P.O. Box 517, Eldama Ravine in Kenya; the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Sote Kibinot, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 20th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
