TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By Philip Osoro Moturi, of P.O. Box 352-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mosomi w/o Moturi alias Faustina Mosomi Moturi, who died at Tagare Sub-location, on 13th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2024 By Naftal Osoro Onyinkwa, of P.O. Box 2-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moragwa Onkangi, who died at Boochi Chache Location, on 3rd October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
