Mboga alias Hannah Sungu Petro, who died at Bar “B” Sub-location, on 3rd July, 2021. CAUSE NO E305 OF 2024 By Erick Agono, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Orera Liech alias Orera Liech, who died at Kawese Mayenya Sub-location, on 3rd January, 1993, CAUSE No E306 OF 2024 By (1) Maurice Adoyo Ng’ons and (2) Benter Achieng Panyako the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andericus Ng’on Amolo, who died at Buoye Sub-location, on 20th April, 2000. CAUSE NO E307 OF 2024 By Philip Olang Oduol, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Oduor Odienya alias Oduo Odienya, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on Ist June, 1985. CAUSE NO E308 OF 2024 By (1) Jeniffer Adhiambo Ongicho and (2) Esau Obilo Ongicho, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ongicho Obilo alias Ongicho Obilo Martin, who died at Buoye Kolwa Sub-location, on 18th December, 2020.
