CAUSE NO E473 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Owenje Kandege and (2) Mary Omolo Ndege, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alphonce John Ndege Agan alias Alphonce J. Ndege Agan, who died on 27th June, 2006.
