TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2016 By. (1) Martha Wambui Kamau and (2) Peter Kimani Wanjiku, both of P.O. Box 801-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kihiu Chege alias Kihiu Chege, who died at Gathaithi, Ikunu, on 22nd December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
