REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Mwangi Githinji and (2) Paul King’ori Wanyangi, both of P.O. Box 778-00605, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0863 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Waithaka/1031, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued theréof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received Dated the 25th November, 2016.
