WHEREAS George Kibutha, of P.O. Box 19033, Nairobi in Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute o interest of all that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or the situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title Dagoretti/Ruthimitu/1227, and whereas sufficient evidence has adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection ra been received within that period. 1, Dated the 25th November, 2016.
