WHEREAS (1) Moses Ngugi Mbuthia, (2) John Njuguna (3) Samuel Githinji Wahika, (3) Elizabeth Gathoni Wahiki, (4) Pu Muhoi Gachunga, (5) Martin Munene Njagi and (6) Patrick Mi ne Metha, all of P.O. Box 36986-00200, Nairobi in the Republi Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership inereabof all that piece of land containing 0.094 hectare or thereabouts, in the district of Nairobi, registered under title . Dagoretti/Waithaka/1887, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been Best, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection f been received within that period.
