WHEREAS Paul Kibui Nyoike, of P.O. Box 51665, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute o'wnership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1 hectare or the reabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Waithaka/2196, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has |deen lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days frorn the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no obje:ction has been received within that period.
