WHEREAS Elphas Muyonga Kubai, is registered. as proprietor it absolute: ownership interest of all that piece of land: containing 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kakamega, regintetos under title No. Butsotso/Shikoti/14568, and whereas sufficiess evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issaed thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty.
