WHEREAS Peninah Muringe Muiga (ID/3564463), of P.O. Box 41-01000, in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.60 and 1.22. hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. ..Loc.3/Githumu/1629 = and Lec.4/Mukuria/1128, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued. thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty. (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection hes been received within that period. Dated the 25th November, 2016. M. W.
