REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nzomo Kaleli Nganda, of P.O. Box 14, Makueni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 20.5, 17.00 and 1.1 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Makueni, registered under title Nos. Nzauni/Mumbuni/334, Nzaui/Kilili/20 and 29, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
