WHEREAS Margaret Nyokabi Mbugua, of P.O. Box 18324-. 00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 28428/28, situate in South East of Kiambu Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title No. 1). 166858, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or. destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register: have failed, notice is given. that aftet the expiration of sixty (6(/) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5S) of the Act,. provided that no ob jection has been received within that period.
