WHEREAS Noah Kimanj Muthungu; of P.O. Box 18576, Nai in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece af land known as L.R. No. 12167/38 (original No. 12167/17/3), site@he East of Nakuru Municipality iri Nakuru District, by virtue of: certificate of title No. LR. 70274, and whereas the land register jn respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to. the said land register have failed, notice is given that after expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the r shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Apt, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
