REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyanya binti Juma, of P.O. Box 92016-80102, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.1180 hectare or thereabouts,’known as subdivision MN/VI/345, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 3406, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the title is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
