REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sumaria Industries Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, of P.O. Box 42565— 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8757, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as LR. 30528/1, and whereas the said Sumaria Industries Limited has changed its name to Silafrica Kenya Limited,. and whereas National bank of Kenya Limited has executed instruments of discharge of charge in favour of Silafrica Kenya Limited (formerly Sumaria Industries Limited), and whereas affidavits has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (A) of the said Act, declaring that the said grant registered as LR. No. 30528/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said discharge of charge.
