NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th October, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi - as Presentation No. 481, in Volume B-13, Folio 1660/11296, File No. 1637, by our client, Ellene Auma Oundo, of P.O. Box 90385-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jacqueline Auma Makhuli, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jacqueline Auma Makhuli and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ellene Auma Oundo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ellene Auma Oundo only.
