NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated Ist April, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1433, in Volume DI, Folio 223/3123, File No. MMXVI, by my client, Silah Khasimwah Buyemah Shiyenzi, of P.O. Box 2779, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Silah Khasimwah Buyemah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Silah Khasimwah Buyemah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Silah Khasimwah Buyemah Shiyenzi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Silah Khasimwah Buyemah Shiyenzi only.
