THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Njoroge Waithira (ID/ 23668359), of P.O. Box 306-00208, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/67255, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas adjudication records held in this office show that the said piece of land belongs to Moses Kariko Njogu (ID/13274302), of P.O. Box 344~-00502, Nairobi, and whereas the said land title deed was fraudulently issued to the said Paul Njoroge Waithira (ID/23668359), and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration and issuance of a new land title deed to the said Moses Kariko Njogu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said to Paul Njoroge Waithira, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
