INQUIRY ORDER

WHEREAS [ have on my accord, decided that an inquiry be held into the— (i) _ by-laws, (ii) working and financial conditions; and (iii) the conduct of the management committee, “and Past or present members or officers of Kithangathini Farmers Co-operative Society Limited CS/575 and in accordance with section 73 of the Co-operative Societies Act. Now therefore, I authorize (1) John Mbugua Gathungu, Chief Co- perative Auditor, Headquarters and (2) Nicholas Muchoki, Senior Co- perative Officer, Embu County to hold an inquiry within (17) days at such place and time as may expedient and duly notified by them. The attention of all officers and members of the society is directed to the following sections of the Co-operative Societies Act.
