NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th April, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2072, in Volume DI, Folio 104/1907, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Nicodemus Kilonzo Mulwa Sikwe Ng’akyende, of P.O. Box 140-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nicodemus Kilonzo Mulwa formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nicodemus Kilonzo Mulwa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nicodemus Kilonzo Mulwa Sikwe Ng’akyende, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nicodemus Kilonzo Mulwa Sikwe Ng’akyende only.
