WHEREAS Robert Muthama Muindu, of P.O. Box 75629— 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of subdivision No. 7397/III/MN,. situate North of Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered under a certificate of title No. C.R. 56163, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
