REGISTRATION

WHEREAS. David Nguti Gitau (deceased), of P.O. Box 776, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Plateau/Plateau Block 2 (Uasin Gishu)/7, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret,.in succession cause No. 395 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Lucy Karimi Njeru, of P.O. Box 92761, Mombasa, and whereas the court has executed an application to be registered in the name of David Nguti Gitau (deceased), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is | given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received witha that period, I intend to dispense with the production: of the said had title deed and proceed with registration of the ssid application t be segistered as proprietor by transmission in the nase of Licy Kariuni Neeru, and upon such registsation the land title deed iseued wo the said David Newtt Gitau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
