THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Denish Otieno Olero (ID/1389169), of P.O. Box 99, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.7 hectares or thereabout, known as Kabondo/Kakangutu East/51, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in succession cause No. 93 of 2010, ordered the revocation of the letter of administration issued to the above on the 10th September, 2010 and confirmed on 8th December, 2011, and whereas he has declined to surrender the original land title deed so as to revert the proprietorship to the deceased to enable fresh succession, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed issued to him on Sth April, 2012, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Denish Otieno Olero, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. ; Dated the 13th October, 2017.
