WHEREAS Ibrahim Mukthar Abashikh, of P.O. Box 85039— 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngomeni Squatter Settlement Scheme/1968, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the continuation green card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is. given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no.valid objection has been received within that period, I shall open a new register.
