GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10463

WHEREAS Protus Owino Ochieng (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as _ South Sakwa/Barkowino/4193, situate in the district of Bondo, and whereas the Environmental Land Court at Kisumu ELCA No. 24 of 2016, has ordered that the transfer of the deceased’s original land parcel to the name of Rashid Agola Owino, and eventual subdividon of the same by the said Rashid Agola Owino to create the following titles South Sakwa/Barkowino/4499,4500, 4527, 4528, 4529 was illegal and null. That the district land registrar to cancel the registration of the following titles South Sakwa/Barkowino/4499,4500, 4527, 4528, 4529, to enable the suit property revert back to its original title being South Sakwa/Barkowino/4193 and the same be registered in the name of Protus Owino Ochieng (deceased), to be dealt with according to the law of succession Act. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the'land title deeds issued to the said parcels South Sakwa/Barkowino/4499,4500, 4527, 4528, 4529, be surrendered to the land registrar Bondo for rectification of the register, that provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to rectify the register by cancelling the said titles and ‘revert back the land to Protus Owino Ochieng (deceased), and upon such cancellation, registration of titles South Sakwa/Barkowino/4499,4500, 4527, 4528, 4529, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
