Notice is given to the general public that, Gusii Water and Sanitation Company which is a water service delivery entity in Kisii and Nyamira Counties and has authority from the two county governments to provide water services in 13 sub-counties in Kisii and Nyamira counties; has applied to the Water Services Regulatory Board for a regular tariff review in the interests of consumer protection. Gusii Water and Sanitation Company proposes an upward tariff review to enable the utility to operate at full cost recovery and meet conditions for improving service delivery. Details of the current tariff and the proposed tariff can be obtained from www.gwasco.co.ke or at the offices of Gusii Water and Sanitation Company, opposite Kisii-Kilgoris Junction. Written comments on improvements on service delivery and/or justified objections to the upward tariff review should be addressed to _the Managing Director, Gusii Water and Sanitation Company, P.O. Box 3880-40200 or info@gwasco.co.ke Written comments can also be addressed to tariffs@wasreb.go.ke The closing date for such comments shall be on 20th November 2017. A public consultation meeting shall be held at Culture Hall, Kisii on 17th November, 2017 starting at 9.00 a.m. All customers and stakeholders of Gusii Water and Sanitation Company Limited are invited to attend. Any person desiring the return of any exhibit in any of the above cases must make his/her claim within the time stipulated in this publication should do so before the expiry of the notice. All exhibits to which no claim is substantiated before the destruction of the records shall under section 4 be deemed to be part of the records for the purposes of destruction.
