NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of the following motor vehicles registration Nos.: KAH 928L Suzuki, KCB 289E Nissan Wingroad, KCD 766D Mitsubishi Lancer, KBL 396Z Toyota Townace, KAS 285F Toyota G-Touring, KCD 511Y Nissan Serena, KBJ 012Q Toyota Probox, KBM 917W Toyota Probox, KAN 894W Mitsubishi Pickup, KAN 021L Toyota Shark, KAX 407T Toyota L-Touring, KBH 099R Toyota Surf, KAU 975Q Toyota Sprinter, KBX 387N Toyota Probox, KBH 350M Toyota Sprinter, KBX 866U Toyota Mark II, KBZ 126L Mitsubishi Saloon, KCB 289E Nissan Advan, KAR 946A Toyota 110, to collect them from our garage Carmate Limited, P.O. Box 7953, Thika within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and upon payment of all storage charges, handling charges, the cost of publication of this Gazette notice. and any other incidental costs. Unless the said motor vehicles are collected, from the said garage, the same will be sold through public auction by Jocet Auctioneers without any further notice and the proceeds thereof will be used to defray the accrued charges and costs.
