TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 22nd December, 2017 CAUSE NO. 698 OF 2015 By (1) Philomena Mwikali Mbubi and (2) Monica Muoti Mbuvi, both of P.O. Box 43844, Kenyatta University in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Mbubi Nzau alias Lazaro Mbuvi Nzau alias Lazarus Mbuvi Nzau, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
