TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in . CAUSE NO. 130 OF 2017 By Wilfred Ooko Nyaori, of P.O. Box 135, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Nyaori Arodi alias Nyaori Arodi, who died on 15th October, 1992.
