TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: . “ CAUSE NO. 301 OF 2017 By George Okwanyo Odipo, of P.O. Box 543, Suna-Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Onyango Koma Odipo, who died at Suna a Migori Sub-location, on 9th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. 499 OF 2017 ‘By (1) Joseph Odero Odongo and (2) Alfred Oluoch Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 4277, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maselus Odongo Owuor,. who. died at Sega Sub-location, on 23rd September, 1989. The Court will proceed-to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
