CAUSE No. 45 OF 2017 By (1) Francis Charo Chogo and (2) Chogo Charo Chogo, the deceased’s sons, for a grarit of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Chogo Kilumo, who died on 29th September, 2015. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause-be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
