CAUSE NO. 144 OF 2017 By Esther Wambui Muga, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muga Kimani, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 25th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2017 By Beth Njeri Marite, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant Of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kageni Chege, who died at Kangari Sub-location, on 26th April, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to _ the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
