TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 145 OF 2017 By (1) Amutavi Shipendi and (2) Violet Muhatia Bwasio, the deceased’s brother and creditior, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngaira Shibendi alias Job Ngaira Shibendi, who died at Kisasi Sub-location, on 12th November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and ce in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
