TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 85 OF 2017 By Annastacia Njeri Muriithi, of P.O. Box 297-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Wandie Nderi, who died at Nzukini “C” Ndalani, Machakos, on 18th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2017 By Mutisya Kivalya, of P.O. Box 268-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutinda Kivalya, who died at Masinga, on 2nd October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
