TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 319 OF 2016 By Patrick Mutiso Senge alias Patrick Mutiso Kitolo, the deceased's citor, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muasa Mbivye, late of Mutituni, who died there in 2016. CAUSE No. 421 OF 2016 By (1) Faith Mwende Kyalo Kikwa and (2) Purity Mumbe Komu, both of P.O. Box 44-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and cousin, respectively,.for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kikwa John Katuu, late of Iveti, who died at Kathome, Machakos, on 21st December, 2014. CAUSE NO. 477 OF 2016 By (1) Felistus Katana Kiteme and (2) Lena Kalau Mutua, both of P.O. CAUSE NO. 148 OF 2017 By (1) Racheal Katumbi Mutisya and (2) Brian Mueti Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 27, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Mwikali Mutisya, late of Mitaboni, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. 343 OF 2017 By (1) John Mutuku Muendo and (2) Annah Kavindu Mwathe, both of P.O. Box 105-90103, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased's father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Mueni Mwathe, late of Masii, who died at Huruma kwa Chief, on 27th November, 2015.
